ARTARIA Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

Fulfilment Origin and Import Duty
Some ARTARIA products include colour options fulfilled from the United States. UK orders with a total value exceeding £135 will incur a 25% import duty charge, payable before delivery.
Your order will not be released for delivery until this charge is paid. EU orders with a total value exceeding €150 will incur import duty at 12%, plus VAT of 20–25%, plus a carrier handling fee of €15–€30, payable before delivery.

All other ARTARIA products and colourways are fulfilled internationally with no duty implications for UK or EU customers.
Import Charges — EU Customers
Customers ordering from France, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Spain and Portugal should be aware of the following charges which may apply to orders fulfilled and shipped from the USA.
Customs Duty
EU customs duty on clothing is charged at 12% and applies to orders with a total value exceeding €150. This is calculated on the full customs value — the declared goods value plus shipping.
Import VAT
Import VAT applies to all orders regardless of value, charged at your country's standard rate. This is typically between 20–25% depending on your country of residence.
Carrier Handling Fee
Your carrier may apply an additional customs handling fee at the point of clearance. This is typically between €15–€30 and is charged by the carrier, not ARTARIA.
Important Note
These charges apply exclusively to orders fulfilled and shipped from the USA. Please refer to the product list above to confirm whether your selected products and colour options are affected. All other ARTARIA products are shipped outside the USA and not subject to these charges.
Production Time
All ARTARIA products are made to order. Production takes 3–7 working days. Orders are dispatched no later than the 8th working day from the date of payment.
In-stock items, where available, are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following estimates cover total delivery time from order to door, including production:

United Kingdom — Special Line: 10–20 days

Europe — Special Line: 12–28 days

Europe — International Express: 8–14 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. They exclude local public holidays, circumstances outside our control, and delays caused by incorrect address or contact information
supplied at checkout.
Shipping Rates

United Kingdom — Special Line: £5.99. Free on orders over £80.

Europe — Special Line: £6.00. Free on orders over £80.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the qualifying threshold is met.
Returns & Refunds
All ARTARIA products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Size guides are provided on every product page — please consult these before purchasing.
Refunds and replacements are available exclusively where a product has a verifiable manufacturing or printing defect.
How to Submit a Defect Claim
Contact us at cs@iamartaria.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following in your email:

Clear photographs showing the defect or issue
Use the subject line format: RETURN / [Order Number]
We aim to review and respond to all claims within 7 working days.
Important Notes on Product Style
Some ARTARIA products feature intentional distressed, faded, frayed or vintage-style finishes. These are design features, not defects, and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Condition of Returned Items
If a return is approved following a confirmed defect claim, items must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original packaging and brand tags intact.
Items returned without prior written confirmation will not be accepted. ARTARIA does not offer a freight-to-collect service. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, including where the original order qualified for free shipping.
All returned items are inspected on receipt. If an item is returned worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, or where return instructions have not been followed, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you at your cost. We may, at our sole discretion, apply a reduction to reflect any diminution in the item's value.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Items where a claim is submitted more than 7 days after the date of receipt

Items accurately produced according to the original design, where no manufacturing defect is present

Items worn, altered, stained or damaged after receipt

Items where delivery was delayed or returned to our warehouse due to incorrect information supplied by the customer — including address, postcode, contact number or email
Refund Process
Where a refund is approved, ARTARIA will return the original payment to the account and in the currency used at the time of purchase, minus any original shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while they remain in "In Review" status — before production has commenced. Contact cs@iamartaria.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
