DUTY AND TAX HEADS UP
All Long Sleeved Tees in Black / White are made from 100% cotton and SHIPPED FROM THE US.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE CHARGES ON LST's (Long sleeved Tee Shirts) SHIPPED FROM THE US INTO THE UK. If the customer purchases over £135 worth of LST's in either black or white, you will be charges 25% import duty (customs ) tax on these USA PRODUCTS. The UK will not deliver your LST until this duty is paid. This is very frustrating but due to the fact that the US has outstanding cotton products. We choose to still buy from there.

The shipping time is dependant on the method chosen:

Special line: 10d avg; 95% in 15d.

International shipping: 5d avg; 95% in 7d.

Standard shipping: 25d avg; 95% in 30d

These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the production time to customize products.

These estimates exclude local holidays, occasional unavoidable events, and incorrect information such as when customers provide the wrong address or contact information. This can impact the order, in some cases having the order being returned to the warehouse.

please bear in mind that some products are frayed, faded, vintage or distressed style. This is not considered a defect but part of the design of the garment. And cannot returned

What happens next?

We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.

If your return or refund request is approved, please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Artaria will not accept unconfirmed returns.
Returned items

All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Artaria do not accept worn, stained, damaged, worn, or altered items.

We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your, the customers expense. This also applies where shipping was free
Refund

If your refund request is confirmed, Artaria will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in. Minus any shipping costs.
Can all items ordered from Artaria be returned?
All our products are made to order, so unless there is a technical defect with the product, your order / product cannot be returned or refunded. We work with 100% and sometimes some items may arrive slightly larger or smaller. Check the size guide against each product for clarification
Deliberately damaged items.
Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt.
Items accurately printed according to the design and no longer wanted by the purchaser for any reason other than a proven defect cannot be returned
Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery due to misinformation provided to us such as a recipient’s incorrect phone number, email, email in spam folder, or incorrect shipping address, flat / house number, name or postcode.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund before my order arrives?

Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while they are in the "In Review" status.

Made to Order-orders

We aim to complete the production of made to order - orders within 3-7 working days and to ship items no later than the 8th working day (calculated from the date the order is paid for).

We estimate items will be delivered within 7-13 days for Standard Shipping and for Special Shipping 5-7 days following production. We will always aim to produce and deliver your items and quickly as possible
How long do I have to submit a return or exchange request?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Send these requests to support@iamartaria.co.uk

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Prior to returning an item please contact support@iamartaria.co.uk. Subject heading Return / Order . Include your number in the heading. Also include images if defects damage in the email for inspection.
All returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition together with the original packaging and and brand tags. The products should not be worn or used in anyway. -
All items are inspected on return.

If an item is returned to us worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, or where the above instructions have not been followed, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Alternatively, we (at our sole discretion) may choose to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of an item.

Fair use Policy

Partial Refunds and Handling Fees

Our Fair Use Policy exists to ensure we can continue offering free returns to the vast majority of our customers.

For the small group of customers who take actions that make providing customers with free returns unsustainable, we deduct and retain £3.95 per returned parcel from their refund to help cover the cost of getting the goods back to us and our manufacturer. In some cases, we will also add an additional £3.95 handling fee charged separately from our usual delivery costs.

How do we decide when deductions and fees apply?

When deciding whether to make this deduction from your future refunds, we always look at your most recent shopping behaviour over the past 12-months, updated every time you place a new order. To keep it accurate, there’s a 30-day delay before any changes to your status, so all returns have time to be processed.

During this 12-month period, we monitor:

Your Return Rate – the value of items you return compared with what you spend overall (for example, if you order £100 worth of items and return £50 worth, your Return Rate will be 50%);

Your number of orders – how many orders you’ve placed

If we feel that a customers return rate is unsustainable for our business. We may terminate their use of our service and site permanently.
